Step 1: Download AnyConnect (MacOS) and Staff Shortcuts (MacOS) from above. They both should download as zipped files. Go to your Downloads folder and double-click on anyconnect-macosx-4.3.00748-web-deploy-k9.dmg and it should open.
Step 2: Double-click on anyconnect-macosx-4.3.0…eploy-k9.pkg and it should open.
Step 3: Click Continue.
Step 4: Click Continue.
Step 5: Click Agree.
Step 6: Click Install.
Step 7: Enter your computer login password and click Install Software.
Step 8: The software will start installing.
Step 9: Click Close.
Step 10: Open a Finder window. Under Devices, click the Eject icon next to AnyConnect… as you no longer need it.
Step 11: In the same Finder window, click on Applications and double-click Cisco.
Step 12: Double-click on Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client to launch the application.
Step 13: A window will popup with a blank field. Enter in https://200P-VPN1.SFGOV.ORG and click Connect.
Step 14: A window will appear asking for login credentials. Use your City email as your Username: and your City email password as the Password:.
Step 15: If the credentials are correct, a new window will appear saying You are connected to the [ ] Group, click Accept.
Step 16: In the upper right hand, you should see the Cisco AnyConnect icon showing a lock indicating you are connected.
Step 17: In the Dock, right click on the Cisco AnyConnect icon and select Options > Keep in Dock. This will keep it there even when you close the application so you can launch it easily.
