Step 1: Launch Cisco AnyConnect from the taskbar

Step 2: When the Cisco AnyConnect windows appears, click Connect
IMPORTANT: As of May 6, 2020, the City is now only using CCSF-VPN1.sfgov.org as the address to connect.

Step 3: Enter your login information using your DSW Number and work email password

Step 4: Enter the passcode that you receieved from your text message
You can try clicking on "Trust this device for 30 day(s)" but some users have reported that it doesn’t work.

Step 5: Click Accept

Step 6: Launch Microsoft Remote Desktop by clicking on the icon

Step 7: Click Connect

Step 8: Your Desktop will take up the entire screen. The blue bar in the center top indicates you’re on your WORK PC.
If you want to EXIT, click on the X in the blue bar.
DO NOT SHUTDOWN OR LOGOFF YOUR WINDOWS DESKTOP.

Step 9: When you’re done…
Close your remote session by following Step 7 above.
Then double click on the Cisco AnyConnect icon in the taskbar to reveal the Cisco AnyConnect window and select Disconnect.

Step 10: To Get Back On
Repeat Steps 1-7.
