Jail Video

Per Tyler on April 30, 2021:

All,
Hadi worked with the Sheriff to get improvements to the client video meeting system.
Starting on Monday (5/3), office staff will schedule zoom jail meetings directly through the Sheriff’s reservation system.   We will still use the spreadsheet to determine open slots and retrieve zoom link information for confirmed reservations.

The general deadline is 9am daily for next business day meetings.   Reservations can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance – on a first come, first serve basis.  They will process all timely reservations by 5pm on the day that it was made.   Since they are processing all requests up to 7 days ahead on a first come, first served basis, there is a possibility that requests for later in the week cannot be processed that same day.   If this is the case, the request will be processed by 5pm the next day at the latest.

Rejections will be sent to the email on the RSVP.  Confirmations will NOT be emailed, but will have the appointment posted on the spreadsheet.  Once post on the spreadsheet and confirmed, barring exigencies, client meetings will not be canceled or made unavailable

The Sheriff’s system is not intuitive.   Do not presume that you will figure it out or a Deputy will fix your mistake.  Please read the guide linked below in its entirety to ensure a successful RSVP.

There important things I’ll repeat here:

1. If you are the interviewer, you must enter your name in this exact format:

  • Lilah Wolf / 314552 / Z4677155
  • Name / Bar Number / Drivers License

OR

  • Nicole Harris / Social Worker / Y47347153
  • Name / Role / Drivers License

If another person is conducting the interview, their name must be entered in this exact format:

  • Laeeq Evered / Expert / D44567339
  • Name / Role / Drivers License

2. The Client’s name must be entered in this exact format:

  • Candy Rogers / S698546
  • Name / SFNo

3. The way you enter your date and time is tricky BUT can be mastered and will make sense if you take the time to read the tutorial. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MrxAzrUiYiZCHLShu4t1MGv_kaikc9SZAdLL6K3MmR4/edit?usp=sharing

Send me an email if, after reading the guide above, you still have questions or concerns.
Thanks,
Tyler
